Part‑time Cleaner

This position is part-time and would require you to work 20‑24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the common areas of the building (lobbies, elevator, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, social rooms) including sweeping, vacuuming & mopping
• Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including cleaning appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies
• Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops (varies by property) and picking up loose garbage/debris around the property
• Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal, safety or hazard to Resident Manager
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends
• Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction
• Perform other duties as assigned
