Precise ParkLink is a Canadian parking and mobility solution provider with more than 1000 employees, a head office in Toronto, and 18 supporting offices nationwide. Precise ParkLink manages thousands of parking lots on behalf of hundreds of property owners. They supply cutting-edge technology and management services to thousands of organizations in the healthcare, municipal, commercial, institutional, and private sectors.

Job Summary:

The team lead reports to the parking supervisor and is responsible for specific parking locations to ensure company operations, policies, and procedures are met. Ensure 100% client and customer satisfaction and lead on-site staff.

Employment: Full-time

Compensation: $19.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities / Duties:

  1. Lead a team of 6 – 15 customer service associates
  2. Support the Supervisor & THP parking coordinator
  3. Enforce all company policies
  4. Resolve customer complaints
  5. Troubleshoot parking equipment issues on a site level
  6. Manage and resolve payroll / non-payroll IPASS queries
  7. Run transaction reports for HR
  8. Monitor and maintain inventory
  9. Process one-out tickets/value tickets and place orders as needed
  10. I-PASS enrollment/cancellation for payroll staff and send the list to payroll
  11. MIFARE emails – remove IPASS payroll staff that are no longer with THP
  12. Perform regular inspections for entry/exit pay machines and parking office
  13. Complete vehicle incident reports
  14. Conduct HPASS/end shift investigations if a shift is not balancing
  15. Monitor the appearance and cleanliness of the parking areas
  16. Monitor parking capacity using P2 digital sign
  17. Perform other parking-related duties as assigned, including Keyscan / Varioflex reports
