A community-based organization in Toronto is seeking an Overnight Youth Worker to join its Anti-Human Trafficking team. This full-time, permanent role requires direct implementation of care policies and providing individual counseling to young women. Key responsibilities include trauma-informed crisis intervention and supporting participants in achieving their personal goals. Since 1982, Covenant House has supported more than 100,000 young people.
In this position the candidate will be part of the Anti‑Human Trafficking team, and will be responsible for direct implementation of the Covenant House’s philosophy, mission statement and policies as they pertain to residential care. Assisting with specialized day‑to‑day care and counselling to the young women residing in Supported Housing. The Youth Worker will be expected to work in an off‑site program of Covenant House Toronto.
We are currently recruiting for 1 Full‑time, Permanent Overnight Youth Worker. This is a replacement position.
This is an awake Overnight position from 10:30 pm to 8:30 am.
