Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mobile Supervisor, Senior Guard, or similar leadership role preferred.
• Ability to remain calm during high‑pressure events.
• Clean driver’s abstract preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile patrols and welfare checks.
• Ensure guards are adhering to post orders.
• Support client sites by responding to alarms.
• Monitor call volumes and incident patterns.
