• Clean Vulnerable Sector Screen (within 3 months of hire).

• Collaborate with the inter-professional healthcare team.
• Provide patient and family-centred care.

Skills

Strong documentation and clinical skills

High level of interpersonal skills

Complex care experience: Tracheostomy suctioning, Ventilators, G and J tube feeding

Education
