Position Summary

Patrol all areas of the property; assist guests with room access. Monitor security systems and respond to incidents as required. Perform daily hazard inspections, control access, and assist guests and employees during emergencies. Document incidents and maintain confidentiality of security and property reports.

Responsibilities
  • Escort unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting property operations.
  • Respond to accidents and contact EMS or administer first aid/ CPR as required.
  • Defuse guest and employee disturbances; call for outside assistance when necessary.
  • Complete incident reports documenting Security/Loss Prevention related incidents; maintain daily activity reports.
  • Monitor and report safety hazards; assist in investigations and gather evidence; interview relevant parties.
  • Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to management.
  • Ensure uniform and professional appearance; protect proprietary information and company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests; anticipate service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally; prepare and review written documents accurately.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team goals.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Move, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods as required; physically handle tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds unaided and heavier items with assistance; perform movements such as bending, twisting, and reaching.
  • Move through narrow or elevated spaces; navigate stairs and service ramps; operate in varying environments.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisors.
