Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests of all ages.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Holds a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work weekday mornings.

Responsibilities

• Stage golf carts for assignment ensuring their service-readiness and safety.
• Load bags from Bag Storage onto carts and ready the cart for assigned member.
• Transport range balls to each end of the range and fill appropriate containers.
• Setup, service and maintain range area as directed.
• Operate tractor and ball picker on range and wash range balls.
• Clean clubs & store bags safely in assigned rack in Bag Storage.
• Check & clean returned carts; store carts and return keys to the Golf Shop.
• Clean clubs for members and guests; clean and maintain rental equipment.

The Outside Service Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our members and guests by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment. This position involves interacting with members and assisting with their needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for engaging with people of all ages; passion for golf is a bonus.

Duties

• Stage golf carts for assignment ensuring their service-readiness and safety
• Load bags from Bag Storage onto carts and ready the cart for assigned member
• Transport range balls to each end of the range and fill appropriate containers
• Setup, service and maintain range area as directed
• Operate tractor and ball picker on range and wash range balls
• Clean clubs & store bags safely in assigned rack in Bag Storage
• Check & clean returned carts; store carts directed ensuring any keys are returned to the Golf Shop and electric carts are placed on charge
• Clean clubs for members and guests; clean and maintain rental equipment
