Responsibilities
  • Crack Fill Application – Apply crack filler and joint compound to drywall surfaces, ensuring smooth, even finishes for walls and ceilings.
  • Quality Assurance – Inspect and verify the accuracy and quality of your work, making sure it meets project specifications and Kent Homes' high standards.
  • Material Handling – Manage and organize materials, ensuring efficient mixing, application, and cleanup to maintain an orderly work environment.
  • Safety Compliance – Follow all safety protocols and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Team Collaboration – Work with supervisors and team members to complete tasks on time and resolve any on-site challenges.
Qualifications
  • Education – High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in construction or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience – At least 2 years of experience in crack fill application or drywall finishing; experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Certifications – None required, but relevant experience is essential.
  • Skills – Precision in applying crack filler for seamless finishes, strong construction skills, and physical stamina for manual labor.
