- Monitor instruments on chemical formulation units.
- Clean and maintain work space.
- Measure, weigh and load chemical ingredients.
- Record production information.
- Start up, shut down and troubleshoot equipment.
- Take samples of products.
- Perform routine chemical and physical tests.
- Operate equipment from a control room.
- Adjust processing machines and equipment.
- Monitor reaction processes and transfers of products.
