A premier entertainment venue in Ottawa seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee event setups and manage part-time staff. The role is full-time and requires supervising operations staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and managing event preparation with a focus on detail. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, relevant supervisory experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A competitive salary and benefits are included. Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Events and Operations, the Operations Supervisor will oversee the set-up of TD Place arena and stadium for all types of events. In addition, they will manage part-time operations staff as they complete tasks related to the set-up and maintenance of the facility while ensuring adherence to all safety procedures and protocols on a daily basis. This full-time, permanent role has an annual salary range of $50,800 to $60,900, with 100% employer-paid benefits. The final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications. This is a replacement position and is located fully on-site.
