A global access solutions leader located in Vaughan is seeking an Operations Manager to drive customer satisfaction by enhancing on-time performance and quality. In this role, you will manage operations teams, oversee operational strategies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate has a degree in Business or Engineering and substantial leadership experience in logistics and manufacturing. Join us to make a safer, more open world.
As the Operations Manager, you’ll own and drive customer satisfaction by focusing on the objective of on-time performance and quality. You’ll be required to influence, lead and develop teams through daily discipline on actions that drive achieving KPIs as well as continuous improvement initiatives that can improve the quality and delivery of products to our customers.
You’ll be responsible for two locations which include Manufacturing and Distribution. You’ll set and deliver against on-time performance standards, and measure, track and improve customer satisfaction levels.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Operations.
