Job summary

A summer camp organization is seeking an Operations Manager for their summer camp in Oxford. This part-time role requires ensuring the welfare of 30-50 children, planning airport transfers, and managing accommodations. The ideal candidate is highly organized and enjoys working with youth. Accommodation and meal packages included for the whole camp duration from July 3 to August 21, 2022.

  • Bonus: Up to £150 per week
  • Employment type: Employed with accommodation/meal package
  • Dates: 3 July – 21 August 2022 (must be available for the whole period)
Role Description

The Operations Manager will ensure the welfare of 30-50 children (and coaches) attending the tennis camp each week. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating airport transfers, accommodation, and off-court activities. The successful candidate will live in the accommodation, be on call 24-7, and work as part of the management team.

The ideal candidate is a highly organised individual who can adapt to changing needs, is excellent at planning and multi-tasking, and enjoys working with children (7-17 year olds) in a small team. Experience in organizing large groups is preferred.
