About the role

Help us run and scale a modern licensing operation at the intersection ofcollectibles, retail, and NFC-enabled digital experiences

You’ll sit between licensing, product/dev, factories, and launches—keeping the machine moving and finding smarter ways to work.

What you’ll do

• Orchestrate daily ops across licensing, product development, manufacturing, and launches (retail, D2C, marketplace).
• Drive project plans inNotion/Airtable/Asana; own timelines, dependencies, and handoffs.
• Execute licensing deals: track deliverables/approvals between licensors, factories, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with design/art to deliver brand-aligned assets on time.
• Manage sell-in/sell-through milestones and post-launch ops; spot bottlenecks and fix them.

What you’ll bring

• 3–6 yearsin licensing, consumer products, or adjacent ops (high-growth/startup a plus).
• Fluency with modern PM tools; you ship on time.
• Working knowledge of retail distribution, D2C ops, and basic manufacturing/logistics.
• Bonus: experience withdigital/NFC/connectedproduct experiences and collectibles.
• Clear communicator, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple tracks.
