Overview

At THE WARRINGTON GROUP, we are more than a recruitment firm — we are strategic partners dedicated to collaborating with organizations to attract, hire, and retain top talent, while delivering next level client and candidate experiences. Currently serving the Atlantic Canada market, we have plans to enter both Toronto and Ottawa markets in 2026.

Role

As we grow, we are seeking an OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR to build structure, streamline processes, and take ownership of critical business operations, allowing leadership to focus on growth, innovation, and disruption. The OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR will serve as the backbone of our internal operations, focusing on process improvement, systems integration, lead generation, marketing support, reporting, and organizational accountability. In the first 90 days, this individual will assess current workflows, build foundational structures, and implement scalable systems. This role is ideal for a systems-minded professional who thrives on building structure, making decisions, and keeping team members aligned while maintaining high quality control and contributing to business development efforts in collaboration with leadership.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, HR, or recruitment operations with a demonstrated focus on systems and process improvement.
  • Proven ability to implement processes, reporting structures, and accountability measures.
  • Strong technical proficiency: Zoho suite, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace.
  • Experience supporting lead generation and marketing activities (prospecting research, outreach processes, collateral, reporting).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to make decisions independently.
  • Experience in training, onboarding, and internal communications.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable analyzing KPIs and presenting insights.
Benefits
  • BASE SALARY: $50,000
  • PERFORMANCE BONUS: Up to 15% of base ($7,500), paid annually (first pay in December) or quarterly installments of $1,875 based on performance metrics (process implementation, reporting accuracy, decision-making independence, training rollouts, lead generation, etc).
  • OPERATING HOURS: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM AST, Monday–Thursday; 8:30 AM–1:30 PM AST, Friday

REMOTE WORK ENVIRONMENT: Fully remote. Please note only candidates located within the Atlantic or Eastern time zone will be considered.

We thank all candidates for their interest; however, only those best aligned to the role will be contacted for initial discussions. Candidates must be located in Canada and legally eligible to work on a permanent basis, as sponsorship is not available for this opportunity.
