Online Sales Conversion Driver

Mississauga, ON

Marketing & Digital Sales North America

Reports to: Head of Online Sales North America

Summary: This role focuses on digital sales, aiming for continuous and targeted optimization of North American website activities and campaigns. It involves observing, analyzing, and understanding campaigns along the NAM Digital Customer Journey to maximize purchase probabilities based on data, industry segment needs, and promotional activities. The goal is to generate higher conversion rates, increase web traffic, and boost sales.

Location: Mississauga Head Office

Travel Expectation: 10%

Key Accountabilities:

  • Enhance measures that increase conversion rates (visitor to sale)
  • Collaborate with and train digital sales and marketing teams based on data insights
  • Promote a data-driven mindset across departments and teams
  • Advise leadership on data-driven decision making
  • Develop local action plans to increase web traffic, sales, and conversion rates
  • Increase incremental sales from online customers (customer share of wallet)
  • Assess key web metrics along the customer journey for the region
  • Recommend improvements for campaigns, website, and content
  • Monitor and analyze North American online business activities to optimize conversions
  • Utilize heat maps and visual data tools for decision making
  • Collaborate with global digital analytics specialists and train new users
  • Support online business consulting to understand customer behavior
  • Represent BR NAM in digital sales analytics and collaborate on global initiatives
  • Shape the digital sales analytics landscape for BR NAM and DSH Barcelona

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Management or Online Business
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital sales, marketing, or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills and experience
  • Proven ability to increase online sales with existing and new customers
  • Data-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems amidst ambiguity
  • Positive team player attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of project management tools is an asset
  • Knowledge of AI prompt engineering is preferred
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training, workshops, and client visits
