Job summary

A leading consumer goods company in London, ON, is seeking a Security Guard to ensure the safety of employees and assets. Responsibilities include patrolling premises, monitoring security systems, and responding to incidents. Candidates must hold a valid security license and first aid certification. Experience in security and customer service is preferred. This position requires flexibility for varied hours including evenings and weekends, offering a pay rate of $20.00/hr plus shift premiums.

Qualifications

• Must have Basic Security Training License/ valid Security Worker’s License along with a valid Occupational First Aid (OFA) Level II and CPR certification.
• One year experience as a Security Guard.
• Attention to detail in all areas of security operations.

Responsibilities

• Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, unauthorized access, suspicious occurrences.
• Investigate and act as security agents on behalf of the company.
• Monitor the Security Management System including video surveillance.
