Job summary

A technology consultancy is seeking a Level 1 and 2 IT Technician for an on-site contract position in Laval, with a duration of three months and a possibility of permanent employment. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining workstations, providing technical support to users, and managing IT inventory. The ideal candidate has a DEC in IT, at least 5 years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft 365, remote support tools, and is bilingual in English. This role requires excellent teamwork, autonomy, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain workstations and software.
• Provide technical support to users both on-site and remotely.
• Manage IT equipment inventory and stock.

Skills

Proficiency in office environments (Microsoft 365 and Windows 10 & 11)

Bilingualism in spoken and written English

Excellent teamwork skills

Autonomy and resourcefulness

Proficiency in remote support tools, primarily Intune

Basic knowledge of networking

Education

DEC in IT or equivalent
