In the role of On Premise Territory Sales Representative, working in the Edmonton area you will be part of the Alberta Commercial team. This position reports to one of our District Sales Managers. The role focuses on all On premise customers.

The ideal Territory Sales Representative candidate will possess great communication and leadership skills, is driven for success and has a passion for quality beer. You will learn multiple aspects of merchandising, sales, and operations, while having the opportunity to represent some of Canada’s favourite brands.

What You’ll Be Brewing:
  • Through a First Choice lens, build and support relationships with key customers, business partners, industry associations and suppliers
  • Ensure brilliant execution by building rapport and supporting product standards
  • Negotiate with customers concerning their product offerings (draught & packaged), available promotional windows and overall visibility of our Molson Coors brands
  • Manage customer promotional budgets to ensure financial targets are achieved
  • Act as product expert with customers to ensure the high‑quality standards for our brands are achieved with every pint poured or bottle cracked
  • Support Molson Coors’ association with Team, Venue and Event sponsorships, such as NHL, CFL, CHL, concerts and festivals
  • Install/Replace/Update POP material at the point of sale according to prior agreements or based on brand strategy (semi‑permanent display, permanent display, etc.)
  • Ensure Molson products are in full distribution based on store/head office compliance
  • Observe and record all competitive activity and report accordingly
  • Cultivate relationships with customers to establish Molson Coors as a preferred customer supplier
  • Manage and administer budget resources to ensure sales target/distribution realization
  • Execute regional plans to ensure that volume and brand targets are achieved
  • Work closely with your accounts/customers to bring our portfolio of brands to life in their establishments and attract new drinkers to our amazing family of brands
  • Ensure brilliant execution by building rapport with your customers and supporting brand standards
  • Actively seek out new opportunities to grow your territory business by getting new customers to join our team
  • Ensure Molson products are in full distribution based on account/head office compliance.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field
  • You have 1‑5 years of progressive experience in sales and key accounts management in the consumer or direct store delivery industries
  • You must have and maintain a provincial valid driver’s license in good standing with no limitations/restrictions.
  • As part of the recruitment process, the candidates will be required to provide consent to complete a criminal background check and provide a driver’s abstract

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings:

$56,000.00 – $73,500.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short‑term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above‑market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
