Overview

6ixGroup is a multidisciplinary collective of companies specializing in architecture, construction, and real estate development. We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Office Manager to join our team and contribute to the efficiency and success of our operations.

Position Overview :

The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, support C-suite executives, and ensure smooth coordination across all departments. This is a leadership role requiring experience in office management, executive support, HR, bookkeeping, and operational coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight: Track and manage employee timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are consistently followed
  • Oversee invoicing for projects and assist with financial documentation
  • Support HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
  • Utilize QuickBooks (or similar software) for bookkeeping tasks, expense tracking, and financial reporting
  • Reconcile financial records and assist in preparing operational budgets
  • Foster positive office culture, including coordinating events (birthdays, team outings, holidays)
  • Inventory & Procurement Management: Manage office inventory and project resource procurement
  • Maintain vendor relationships to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Policy Implementation & Reporting: Develop and implement internal office policies to optimize workflows
  • Prepare and present regular operational performance reports to leadership
Qualifications
