Your Impact at PLATFORM

This role will ensure PLATFORM operates smoothly and efficiently by providing exceptional executive support and maintaining a well‑organized high‑functioning office environment. The Office Manager will enhance productivity across the team strengthen internal coordination and create a professional supportive workplace that allows our leadership and employees to focus on delivering outstanding results for our clients. This role is based in Calgary but will also oversee office coordination in Edmonton and Vancouver.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or similar senior administrative role
  • Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word etc.)
  • Skilled in calendar management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities and initiative
  • Experience overseeing office operations, vendors, supplies and facilities
  • Experience with budgeting/expenses and familiarity with basic HR processes (onboarding policies) is an asset
  • Experience planning and managing events
