Salary $18-$23/hr

Terms Permanent P/T

Start Date Immediately

Schedule: Part-time now (weekends + Jan/Feb holiday coverage). Opportunity for full-time from April 2025. Ideal for someone staying in Fernie for at least a year. Ongoing Saturdays + every second Friday until April (flexible for the right person).

Requirements
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Friendly, energetic, and confident communicating with people
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable solving problems on the fly
  • Tech-savvy (Excel, Google Drive, email, basic online tools)
Duties
  • Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day admin
  • Help coordinate YYC & YXC airport transfers and private charters
  • Audit itineraries, payments, and POS reports
  • Keep office systems, policies, and paperwork organized
  • Communicate with staff and customers by phone, email, and in person
  • Assist with marketing: website updates, social media, reviews, and content
  • Keep vehicle documents, permits, and binders up-to-date
