Office Administrator - Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities
  • Direct all operational aspects in the field of Office Management and Administration with focus on customer service, logistics and sales support
  • Coordination of accounts receivables as well as correspondence to external service provider
  • Analysis and organization of office operations and procedures following the continuous improvement principle
  • Collaboration with teams locally as well as with the headquarters in Germany
  • Ensure compliance with all requirements and direct reporting to headquarters in Germany
Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in office operations
  • Excellent communication, administration and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate problem solving, collaboration and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and result driven
  • Strong knowledge of or background in finance and accounting
  • Knowledge of Sage or comparable ERP software
