A leading rail systems company in Canada is seeking an Office Administrator to support operations and manage payroll functions. The role involves performing general administrative tasks and liaising with key stakeholders. Minimum qualifications include grade 12 graduation and two years of experience in payroll and office administration. Successful candidates will possess strong communication and analytical skills, with a commitment to teamwork and organization.
The Office Administrator provides support and assistance to the Office and Operations. Responsibilities will include reviewing and forwarding payroll, working with JD Edwards, maintaining, and updating files and related systems, assist the office team with information management along with general administrative tasks.
