Job description

Orthodontic office is looking for a Dental Assistant that has a positive and enthusiastic attitude and enjoys working with both children and adults.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Duties include assisting to bond braces, taking diagnostic records, ordering appliances, sterilization, etc.
• Take dental x-rays, impressions, and scans
• Upload images / photographs when needed
• Support the hygienist and doctor by providing assistance as required
• Welcome, seat, and dismiss patients
• Engage patients to ensure a caring environment
• Explain the procedures to patients / parents if appropriate
• Maintain a positive attitude and work cohesively with fellow team members to provide an atmosphere of trust, respect, and cooperation

Hours

We are offering a full-time position or part-time

• Mondays 8:30-5:30
• Tuesdays 9:30-6:30
• Wednesdays 8:30-5:30
• Thursdays 7:30-4:00
• Fridays 8:30-1:00

Flexible with Hours: Can be part-time Tuesday to Thursday or Monday to Thursday.

Compensation

$26.00-$32.00
