A regional healthcare provider in Toronto is seeking new or internationally educated nurses for its Nursing Graduate Guarantee Program. This program offers a 12-week mentorship with experienced nurses, leading to full-time employment opportunities within the organization. Candidates should be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario within the past year and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. If you are a new graduate or Internationally Educated Nurse (IEN) who has been registered with the CNO within the last twelve months, come join our exceptional team of nurses at SHN in our Nursing Graduate Guarantee Program (NGG)!
Nurses participating in NGG will be partnered with an experienced nurse during the 12-week program. After successful completion nurses will transition into a role within the hospital. A great way to start off your journey.
Participation in the NGG program is open to nurses within 12 months of registering with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
