Qualifications

  • Three to five years' recent related experience including two years' relevant clinical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in day-to-day operations of an assigned unit/service area.
  • Coordinate and facilitate daily clinical activities.
  • Act as communication liaison between teams and healthcare professionals.
  • Supervise staff and assist in professional development.
  • Contribute to operating plan and quality/risk management activities.
