Job summary

A leading dance media company is seeking passionate Videographers/Camera Operators to join their seasonal team. You will travel nationwide to capture and stream dance competitions, recitals, and workshops, ensuring high-quality media delivery. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, conducting video checks, filming performances, and managing data transfers. Qualifications

• Experience filming live events, sports, or action performances.
• Strong technical skills with camera operation (exposure, white balance, audio).
• Must hold a valid Canada driver's license.
• Must pass a Criminal Background and Vulnerable Sector check.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate video, audio, and streaming equipment on-site.
• Conduct daily video/audio checks to ensure broadcast quality.
• Film and log performances, manage live streams, and upload daily footage.
• Handle data transfers (FTP/shipping) after events.

Skills

Experience filming live events

Strong technical skills in camera operation

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Comfortable with loud music and flashing lights
