SUMMARY

Sales administrators receive and process sale orders online, or via phone and email. Their duties include checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices, maintaining sales records, and compiling monthly sales reports.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders for attachments and machines
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices to clients who purchases machines.
  • Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details for purchases.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Compiling monthly sales reports.
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison to keep them updated for branch managers.
  • Identifying new machines and attachment machines for sales purposes.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
CORE COMPETENCIES
  • 5 years in heavy equipment, or related field preferred
  • Ability to calculate budgets, work with budget sheets, and forecasting
  • Understanding finances for the branch
  • Organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of heavy equipment

  • Product knowledge.
  • High level of communication skills.
