Qualifications

  • 5–10 years’ experience in managing and purchasing maintenance parts within a multi-site manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple facilities.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national maintenance parts and services strategy.
  • Build strong supplier relationships at national and regional levels.
  • Partner with Plant Maintenance and Engineering teams to forecast part requirements.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts for maintenance-related goods and services.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance.
