Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Motel Manager to oversee daily operations at our property. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a background in hospitality management. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing budgets, and maintaining the overall quality and efficiency of the motel. Multilingual or Bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily motel operations, including front desk management, guest services, and housekeeping coordination
  • Supervise staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution
  • Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and phone etiquette to provide a welcoming experience for guests
  • Monitor and control operational budgets, expenses, and revenue to meet financial goals
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in accordance with hospitality standards and safety regulations
  • Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure positive reviews and repeat business
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing clientele
