Responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing relationships with referral networks to generate new mortgage business.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and referring clients to BMO colleagues.
  • Developing marketing and sales programs to drive results.
  • Supporting community presence through trade shows, conferences, and events.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and guiding clients through mortgage applications.
  • Partnering with branch teams for customer hand-offs and documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyzing data to inform strategies and report on performance.

Qualifications:

  • Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of mortgage lending processes and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and mortgage market.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
