Role Description

This is a 100% commission full-time or part-time remote role for a Mortgage Agent or Broker. The Mortgage Agent or Broker will be responsible for handling mortgage applications, servicing existing mortgages, providing mortgage lending advice, and developing mortgage marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating client financial information, assisting clients in the mortgage application process, networking to bring their own leads and ensuring compliance with mortgage regulations.

Qualifications
  • Experience in the Mortgage Industry, including knowledge of Mortgages and Mortgage Lending
  • Skills in Mortgage Servicing and Mortgage Marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Prior experience in a financial services environment is advantageous
  • Ability to go out and network and build relationships with new referral partners and maintain existing referral partners
  • This role is 100% commission and you are responsible to generate and bring in your own leads
  • Must have an entrepreneurial mindset to grow your business
