Job Description

CUSTOMER

  • Identify client goals, barriers, provide recommendations, and manage ongoing relationships.
  • Refer clients to Partners across various banking sectors.
  • Provide comprehensive reviews and create long-term relationships through financial planning.
  • Create a positive customer experience at every interaction.
  • Support internal referrals and possess knowledge of real estate and mortgage products.
  • Handle customer issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Work closely with District Managers on sales calls and coaching.

SHAREHOLDER

  • Meet or exceed sales targets for mortgage products.
  • Promote TD’s image in the community.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Manage risks and improve processes.

EMPLOYEE / TEAM

  • Participate actively in team activities and development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and grow knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive, diverse work environment.

Breadth & Depth

  • Provide business development and relationship management support.
  • Understand customer needs, market, and competitors.
  • Coordinate activities to meet customer needs.

Experience And / Or Education
