A leading delivery and logistics company is seeking a Merchandising & Category Management Specialist in Vancouver. This hybrid role involves executing strategic merchandising, managing digital store experiences, and optimizing category-level strategies. Candidates should have a strong ownership mentality, attention to detail, and preferably a Bachelor’s degree, with experience in retail or e-commerce being a plus. The salary range is $18.60 to $26.50 CAD per hour.
DashMart is a new team at DoorDash, focused on building a new type of convenience store that offers both household essentials and local restaurant favorites to our customers' doorsteps.
We’re looking for a Merchandising & Category Management Specialist who is excited to help build DashMart, DoorDash's first-party grocery and convenience store. In this hybrid role, you will execute the strategic vision of the Merchandising and Category Management teams, splitting your time between optimizing the digital store experience and managing category-level strategy. You will own the store page to create the most compelling experience for customers, while also analyzing assortment and vendor performance to ensure DashMart offers the right products at the right value.

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within British Columbia.
