Job summary

A leading merchandising firm in Canada is seeking individuals to join their Merchandising Team. You will be responsible for ensuring the shelf presence of products, installing promotional signage, and managing stock levels. Ideal candidates will have strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and the ability to self-manage in a remote environment. Competitive hourly rate with flexible hours is offered. Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car required.
  • Must have access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out reports.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure shelf presence of all SKUs listed by point of sale.
  • Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan.
  • Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply.
  • Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply.
  • Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines and displays.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on each store visit.

About The Role

Match Retail is a leading provider of essential merchandising services across Canada, supporting major retailers and top brands by bringing new product launches to life. Our Merchandising Team visits stores to update product sections, ensuring the latest innovations are perfectly presented. We work with our clients, Nespresso, and service major retailers.

What You’ll Do
  • Ensure shelf presence of all SKUs listed by point of sale (POS)
  • Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan
  • Ensure negotiated footprint is respected
  • Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply and minimize out-of-stocks
  • Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting
  • Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines
  • Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station
  • Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso team
  • Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.
