Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or instrumentation.
  • Background in electronics or instrumentation.
  • Red Seal certification in plumbing or electrical trades is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with RF systems and clean room environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot specialized equipment used in MEMS manufacturing.
  • Track equipment performance and keep documentation up to date.
  • Perform and improve preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Source and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to resolve process issues.
  • Train and mentor team members on maintenance tasks.
  • Work independently on projects and provide emergency support when needed.
  • Communicate with vendors for repairs and technical support.

Skills
