Sales Associate – Orangetheory Fitness

M-F 830am - 130pm

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential members through in-studio, phone, and community outreach to grow our membership base.
• Build lasting relationships with members by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Create engaging social media content that highlights our workouts, community, and events.
• Assist in planning, promoting, and organizing in-studio events and community partnerships.
• Help keep the studio running smoothly by supporting the front desk team with daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you’re outgoing, approachable, and love talking to people.
• Social media savvy—you know how to create fun, engaging posts and stories that capture attention.
• A team player with a positive, energetic personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented—especially when it comes to planning events.
