Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product and industry knowledge. You will work in a team-oriented environment that accelerates operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out the design, testing, and commissioning of intricate mechanical assemblies across their entire operational lifecycle.
  • Generate or validate technical records including drawings, bills of materials, design documents, and equipment specs.
  • Engage in design sessions and technical discussions, including external reviews.
  • Use both traditional and simulation-based techniques (like FEA) to evaluate structural stresses in hardware such as piping, support structures, and vessels.
Qualifications
  • Solid experiences on Structural analysis, Pressure vessel, ASME codes, seismic analysis
  • Degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Actively pursuing licensure with the provincial engineering regulatory body e.g. PEng
  • Up to 3 years of experience in highly regulated industries such as nuclear, aerospace, mining, or oil & gas.
