The Materials Planning Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting world-class materials planning and execution across multiple business units, including Transit and Coach operations (WPR, ANN, SCL, 1M1, and 1M2). This role oversees inventory accuracy, MRP execution, job release planning, and engineering change implementation, while driving continuous improvement, lean practices, and operational excellence. The Supervisor manages a cross-functional planning team, ensuring alignment with KPIs, capacity planning, and compliance with ISO and regulatory standards. Additionally, the role supports budgeting, employee development, and performance management to meet departmental and organizational goals.
