Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, this role will contribute to programs that elevate advisor engagement, strengthen our B2B relationships, and support consumer-facing initiatives for the Kensington brand.

This role oversees key initiatives and campaigns that focus on generating stronger engagement from our network of travel advisors while also supporting the Outside Sales Team through the creation of marketing materials, content, and advisor-focused sales enablement tools. Additionally, this role contributes to B2C & Co-Op programs including social media, webinars, and campaign asset development.

The ideal candidate is comfortable blending creativity with analytics, is disciplined in project management, and is energized by seeing campaigns move from insight to execution to measurable performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
B2B Marketing: Outside Sales
  • Support the Outside Sales Team by developing content and collateral for trade events, conferences, advisor-facing presentations, and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Develop and execute an effective B2B email marketing program that includes segmentation strategy, content development, asset deployment, and performance tracking.
  • Produce high-quality written content for advisor newsletters, partner updates, and internal communications that highlight new products, offers, and brand initiatives.
  • Lead the strategic development and execution of the Agent Webinar program, partnering with internal teams to increase engagement, enhance content quality, and drive qualified leads from the advisor community.
  • Analyze B2B program performance including advisor email metrics, webinar attendance, and asset utilization. Provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of future campaigns.
B2C Marketing: Kensington
  • Contribute to the development, execution, and continuous improvement of key elements of Kensington’s brand and lines of business across physical collateral, digital media, content, initiatives, and campaigns.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling content for social channels, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, destination trends, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support the development and execution of consumer-facing webinars, virtual events, and live sessions, including content preparation, presenter support, and post-event marketing.
  • Manage timelines, track deliverables, and maintain organized workflows for recurring programs and cross-functional projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Support
  • Create clear and actionable briefs for small and large-scale marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include insight generation, defining market opportunities, establishing campaign objectives and KPIs, outlining target audiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Partner with internal marketing teams on paid media, creative development, campaign planning, and messaging alignment to optimize performance.
  • Support the integration of our marketing activities with co-op partners as necessary.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Creative, and Partnerships teams to ensure seamless and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain project management discipline across multiple programs, ensuring efficient tracking, communication, and delivery of key milestones.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA an asset).
  • 3-4 years of marketing experience, ideally within travel, hospitality, luxury goods, or a related industry.
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing programs, sales enablement initiatives, or partner-facing communications.
  • Familiarity with B2C marketing channels and best practices, including social media, email marketing, webinars, and digital content development.
  • Strong understanding of how to tailor content and marketing strategies for both advisor audiences and consumer audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with data and performance metrics to support recommendations and ongoing optimization.
Skills Required
  • Comfortable working in a data-driven environment with the ability to build reports, analyze performance, and generate actionable insights that support optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for travel advisors, partners, and consumer audiences.
  • Excellent project management abilities with comfort managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholder groups at once.
  • Proficiency with core marketing tools including CRM platforms, email marketing systems, digital advertising platforms, social scheduling tools, and webinar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into clear, polished, brand-aligned collateral suitable for a luxury audience.
Cultural Fit
  • A passion for understanding the consumer and an insights-driven approach to marketing.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance, entrepreneurial environment with the ability to roll up your sleeves and move work forward with minimal oversight.
  • A true team player who can build strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and business stakeholders.
