Overview

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Paid Media Manager - Digital Marketing. This role sits within the Digital Marketing team and is responsible for end-to-end Paid Media strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple lines of business. The position offers strong exposure to performance marketing, cross-channel collaboration, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making within a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Media campaigns, including strategy development, campaign setup, ad trafficking, targeting, creative testing, audience assignment, and automated reporting.
  • Manage Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns with a strong understanding of executional best practices, platform capabilities, and performance KPIs across the marketing funnel.
  • Drive strategic direction by analyzing performance metrics, industry trends, and competitive insights to deliver actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.
Must-Have Skills
  • 4+ years of hands-on Paid Media experience, including Paid Search campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to define KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
  • Platform proficiency with 4+ years of experience and/or certification in SA360 and Google Ads.
  • 2+ years of experience in stakeholder management, acting as a trusted advisor and primary contact for Paid Media initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to evolving digital tools and trends.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience within the financial services or wealth management industry.
  • Holistic, cross-channel campaign management experience.
  • Exposure to emerging platforms such as Pinterest or TikTok and advanced automated reporting tools.
  • Experience mentoring team members and collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to proactively identify opportunities and troubleshoot issues.
