A vineyard company in Windsor is looking for a Marketing Lead to drive engagement and support sustainable sales through innovative storytelling and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience and skills in project management, social media, and data analysis. This role offers a competitive salary of $100,000 - $125,000 along with excellent benefits.

DuMOL is looking for a Marketing Lead to join our team. This role is focused on supporting long-term sustainable sales, achieved through sharing DuMOL’s perspective (storytelling / content strategy) and driving engagement. The Marketing Lead will collaborate cross-functionally with Wholesale, DTC, Winegrowing, and Hospitality to identify relevant opportunities and execute initiatives that will grow awareness, acquisition, and engagement.
Location: This position is primarily based in Napa and requires 3-4 days a week in the DuMOL office. The Marketing Lead will be required to commute to the winery (Windsor, CA) semi-regularly. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends, evenings, and travel to support sales and acquisition needs.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
