YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this dynamic role, you'll get to dig into a bit of everything. Here's what you can expect your responsibilities to look like:

• Creating marketing packages and brochures for clients using Photoshop/InDesign and GIS mapping software.
• Producing other marketing materials, creative content and preparing Offers to Lease using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Assisting with an array of ongoing marketing activities, including website maintenance, e-newsletters and e-blasts, social media content, planning trade shows and conferences, and managing our contacts database.
• Conducting market research, including researching properties.
• Acting as the main point of contact for copying and internet services company.
• Assisting brokers in their day-to-day activities and supporting General office duties as required.

• You're a student or aspiring professional, striving to pursue a career in marketing.
• Educational background in Marketing, Graphic Design, or any related field.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
• You're an effective written and verbal communicator.
• Excellent organizational, multi-taking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
• High attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and result oriented.

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Proven work experience with MailChimp is considered an asset.
• Possessing a real estate license is an asset but is not required.
