A professional sports club in Niagara Region is seeking a dedicated Performance Analyst for its Men’s First Team. This full-time role involves providing evidence-based, video and data-driven analysis to enhance strategic decision-making and support player development. The ideal candidate will have experience in an elite sports environment and be proficient with platforms like Hudl Sportscode and Wyscout. Responsibilities include pre-match, live, and post-match analysis, as well as collaboration with coaching staff.
Grimsby Town FC is seeking an experienced Performance Analyst to support the Men’s First Team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will lead the provision of evidence-based, video and data-driven analysis, delivering clear and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and player development. Working closely with the Head Coach and coaching staff, the role will cover pre-match, live and post-match analysis, opposition reporting, individual player development plans and the ongoing tracking of the club’s Game Model. This position requires experience within an elite sporting environment, strong technical proficiency across leading analysis platforms (including Hudl Sportscode, Wyscout and In-Play), and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

Grimsby Town FC Academy is also looking to appoint Physiotherapists on a casual basis to support the Foundation Phase (U9–U11) and Youth Development Phase (U12–U16).
This role will focus on injury treatment, rehabilitation and matchday medical provision, working in line with the Academy’s EPPP framework and overall player development strategy. The successful candidates will be required to provide pitch-side medical cover, deliver evidence-based treatment programmes, maintain accurate medical records and work closely within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Details:
Applicants must hold a relevant degree (Physiotherapy or Sports Therapy), appropriate professional registration and memberships, and demonstrate a strong understanding of acute injury management in sport. All appointments are subject to safeguarding checks, including DBS clearance.
