Education
Technical diploma in Marine Engineering, Systems Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience & Requirements
Lead Engineering and Project Teams: Guide cross-functional teams working on ship sustainment, regeneration, and technology integration projects. Foster collaboration across marine and combat systems disciplines to deliver innovative solutions.
Manage Technical Program Delivery: Oversee engineering initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring quality, efficiency, and smooth transition to downstream teams for implementation.
Coordinate Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams, government agencies, and industry partners. Facilitate meetings and decision-making processes that support transparency and shared goals.
Drive Reporting and Continuous Improvement: Prepare clear reports on project performance, risks, and lessons learned. Use insights to improve processes and support strategic decision-making.
