Job summary

A reputable offshore crewing firm in Toronto seeks dedicated and safety-focused crew for marine catering roles. Positions include Steward, Night Cook, Baker, and Chief Cook. Applicants must have relevant safety certifications and are expected to work approximately 6 weeks onboard during seasonal contracts. Pay ranges from $300 to $460 per day, involving 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have valid STCW’95 Basic Safety Certificate.
• Marine First Aid certification is required.
• WHMIS training is necessary.
• Transport Canada Seafarer’s Medical is mandatory.
• Transport Canada Seaman’s Book must be held.
• Willingness to undergo medical & drug assessments.
• Availability for approximately 6 weeks onboard/hitch.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high safety standards while working.
• Prepare meals and cater to crew needs onboard.
• Support other catering crew members.
