Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive work experience in financial management required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment at a middle management level required.
• Demonstrable leadership experience may substitute for external experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all accounting operational functions.
• Prepare internal financial statements and management reports.
• Manage the annual budget and monthly forecasts.
• Liaise with external auditors and lead financial audits.
