Warehouse Manager in Moncton, New Brunswick.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees to ensure high levels of productivity, efficiency, safety and engagement
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through effective cycle counting and process controls
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service level, order accuracy, productivity, and costs
  • Enforce health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and provincial regulations
  • Collaborate with transportation, customer service, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure on‑time and accurate order fulfillment
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimization, and cost reduction
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of material handling equipment and warehouse systems (WMS)
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including people management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
  • Proven experience managing inventory, productivity, and operational KPIs
  • Solid understanding of health and safety standards in a warehouse environment
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Post‑secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (an asset)
