We are seeking a hyper‑organized, strategic and detail‑oriented individual to support the COO as Manager of Special Projects. In this role, you will function as the Chief of Staff to the COO overseeing both Go‑to‑Market (GTM) and Service Operations departments. It requires exceptional judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex, high‑impact initiatives with precision and discretion. You’ll partner closely with the COO and executive team to drive strategic projects forward, influence decision‑making, and ensure flawless execution. Success means anticipating needs, prioritizing effectively, and consistently delivering high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
This is a highly dynamic and visible role ideal for someone with excellent judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and collaborate across senior levels.
