What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide coaching, feedback, and technical support to a senior-heavy engineering team

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including technical leadership
• Strong experience designing and supporting backend services and RESTful APIs in production environments
• Hands‑on proficiency with C# (.NET / ASP.NET Core); Python experience is highly valued
• Experience working with AWS cloud services or comparable cloud platforms
